Authentic Turkish recipes prepared by Chef Ibrahim Ozdemir, who combines 40 years of experience with a dash of love. Uskudar serves Turkish cuisine as it is found in Turkey, right here in the heart of Manhattan, New York by combining the freshest of ingredients with recipes that have withstood the taste test of time. Each of our dishes is prepared with special care, and is of the highest quality.

Ibrahim has been in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. He was trained in one of the biggest hotels in Istanbul, where he began as the bread baker. He enjoys being able to serve the public at Uskudar Turkish Restaurant where delicious and authentic Turkish food is the driving force of the business. Ibrahim hopes to provide you such a positive experience you’ll remember to return to Uskudar when you’re in need of a great meal.
