What we see now is a complicated, audacious painting, which shows to the eyes of the observer in a very strong way. One can perceive a sort of circular movement which originates almost from the center and pushes all elements to run after each other in a fluctuation which is like a dance with elements of numbers from “1-9” which says about our physical and time limits, yet joyful moments of “Now”. The combination of colors is audacious, the blue, in all its shades, from the pale ones to the most brilliant ones, and the yellows with gold and the red tones in a sort of contrast full of harmony, which invites to the contemplation. It’s an explosion of emotions, of sensations, you can see so many things.
But there is a common element to all the images an unstoppable movement. There is tension, a creative tension, multishaped tension, domesticated by the fantasy of the artist, which express and expose himself with elegance and composure besides the audacious strength. The movement is perhaps the element that shows up, the intense chromatic contrasts; make the painting extremely lively, always changing, almost like a firework. Up to a point that u almost feel like a huge loud explosion .but another element powerfully takes the stage the sound you almost feel a background noise and lots of sounds, like fireworks originating from a common point to spread in every direction.
No one could ever know and be sure about what the artist wanted to communicate to us, we can only get closer to its intimate world and through our personal experience we can imagine it based on our personal life experience.
But whatever he wanted to communicate, to share, to give and give positivity, Damian did it with strength passion in participation.
