Celebrating Pride, Couture By Baroness Olga Papkovitch for PopImpressKA Art took her fashions to Rainbow Fashion Week. This colorful runway was creative and colorful.

Rainbow Fashion Week in it’s 5th year took place from June 17th to June 22nd, 2018. “In June 2014, Rainbow Fashion Week, (RFW) received the highest form of recognition by New York City’s Mayor Bill DeBlasio, proclaiming it an annual New York City Pre-Pride Event and in 2015, RFW, made history as the first to feature 2 double mastectomy breast cancer survivors to hit our runway and received recognition by Huffington Post International News.” In 2016, they were the first to feature an 11 year old trans boy walk our runway and as a result of that exposure, he graced the cover of National Geographic Magazine January of 2017.”
In addition, each show of RFW delivers a cause such as trans-justice, child abuse, human trafficking, mental health and so on. This year, Queer Kids and Rainbow Kids events that took place on June 17th put a special emphasis on children.
Several major fashion brands were in attendance during this year’s Rainbow Fashion Week including PopImpressKA Art Couture.
