Robert Siano has been practicing law for over 15 years and has been in private practice for over a decade. His firm has a unique, but small range of specialties. Robert practices Entertainment Law, protecting artists in a variety of areas, such as contracts, copyrights, trademarks, publishing and other services designed to help artists develop their brand.
As a younger man, Robert was in a band called "Spinning Images", which was signed to a small indie label and toured the East Coast promoting their sole label album, "DNA". It was through music that he found an interest in the law and how to protect the rights of an artist.
After graduating from New York University and St. John's University School of Law, Robert worked as an appellate attorney for the prestigious Appellate Division Second Department, where he wrote confidential memorandum for the panel of justices in both civil and criminal law. He was also Special Assistant Corporation Counsel for the City of New York's Administration for Children's Services, where he worked as a trial attorney prosecuting neglect and abuse cases on behalf of children.
In addition to Entertainment Law, Robert practices criminal law, real estate law and wills, which he found a special interest in through his entertainment clients.
He offers free consultations and affordable rates for artists, as he knows too well the financial struggles of those starting their career.
