1. BEFORE — Prenatal / Prepartum
• Birth doula services — prenatal visits, birth planning, education
• Holistic support during pregnancy — meditation, womb music, nutrition guidance
• Childbirth education classes and workshops — preparing for sacred birth
• Healing services integrated with visual and performing arts for maternal wellness
• The Three Muses — music for baby in belly — harp, piano, cello rituals
2. DURING — Birth
• Continuous physical, emotional and informational support during labor and birth
• Providing non-medical support at home, birth center, or hospital
• Isis Queen ceremony — sovereign birth, golden throne, wings, ankh blessing
• Wheel of Fortune Abundance ceremony — calling prosperity for new family
• Persephone Spring ceremony — rebirth ritual, flower crowns, garden blessings
3. AFTER — Postpartum
• Postpartum doula services — mother roasting, lactation support, newborn care
• The Many Mothers Village — 12 mothers of all ages and nations holding you
• Holistic support during postpartum — healing through visual and performing arts
• Doula training workshops through visual and performing arts
• 40 days of golden care — meals, rituals, music, flowers, Earth in womb
For All Mothers:
Black, White, Asian, Latina, Indigenous, Polynesian — all ages, all bodies, all families welcome. All creation present — dogs, cats, bunnies, squirrels, bluebirds, hummingbirds, bees, cherubs with trumpets.

For the mother who feels everything — before birth and after birth.
Do you need a quiet, kind place to breathe, create and be held in motherhood? I help mothers turn big feelings into beautiful, calm art, feel positive, prepare for birth with peace, and build a soft circle of support.
Our Circles:
PRE-BIRTH — Gentle art, breathing and meditation to prepare for birth.
AFTER-BIRTH — For new mamas craving creative time. Babies are welcome.
I COME TO YOU — Private Art at Home & Online
HOME VISIT — Brooklyn & Manhattan — $150 / 1 hour
I come to your home with all materials. Up to 3 mamas can share the same hour for same price.
ONLINE via Zoom — $120 / 1 hour
